Receptionist

Our client, a supply chain and manufacturing company, is seeking a Receptionist to join their team. As a Receptionist , you will be part of the administrative support team supporting front desk operations. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, professionalism, and organizational abilities, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Receptionist

Location: Cincinnati, OH

Pay Range: $20-$22/hour

Shift: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-4:30 PM

What's the Job?

• Answer and direct incoming phone calls with professionalism and courtesy
• Greet visitors and manage front door access efficiently
• Support meeting scheduling and coordination for staff and visitors
• Assist with food ordering and delivery coordination as needed
• Distribute incoming mail and perform other administrative duties as requested

What's Needed?

• Previous experience as a receptionist or administrative assistant
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Professional demeanor and excellent communication abilities
• Ability to serve as the first point of contact with a welcoming attitude
• Proficiency in basic office software and communication tools
