The Company is in search of a Vice President of Partnerships and Advancement to play a pivotal role in increasing and expanding corporate and foundation support. This senior leadership position is key to the organization's mission of empowering communities and advancing social and economic equity. The successful candidate will be responsible for meeting ambitious fundraising goals, managing relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders, and serving as a passionate advocate for the company's values and priorities. The ideal Vice President will have a proven track record in project and grants management, be highly collaborative, and possess the agility to adapt to changing organizational needs. They will work closely with the Executive Vice President and Chief Development Officer, as well as the President and CEO, on special projects and will be expected to inspire historic philanthropy through their efforts. The role involves proactively identifying and soliciting new and existing corporate and foundation donors, as well as understanding government relations to support the company's mission. A forward-thinking approach and the ability to navigate complex partnerships are also key attributes for the role.
