This includes the following under the supervision of a Preceptor where legal by state law:/pulliParticipates in all aspects of the prescription filling process/liliProviding Patient Counseling/liliCollaboration with all Healthcare Professionals to provide coordinated patient care/liliOffering Health Screenings and Immunizations when appropriate/liliCustomer Service/liliPatient Safety/liliAssisting Pharmacy Patients and Front Store customers with questions/liliPharmacy Professional Practice/liliRegulatory Requirements/liliInventory Management/li/ulpA key component of the Pharmacy Interns role is keeping your customers and patients healthy through adoption and participation of patient care programs. Additionally, you will:/pulliDisplay empathy and compassion for your patients, customers, caregivers and colleagues on your team/liliMotivate, and inspire your Pharmacy Team by providing, supporting and recognizing excellent patient care/liliIdentify critical business opportunities and contribute to the development of meaningful solutions to drive growth and improve performance in your pharmacy/liliSupport implementation of solutions for your team to achieve specified goals/liliAdapt to change and adjust plans to thrive in a dynamic community healthcare setting/liliRemain current on all new developments, initiatives, and training to help you provide the best experience for your patients/liliSeek new ways to grow, collaborate with others, and deliver better outcomes/liliAlign others around purpose to gain support and commitment to help your patients receive the best patient care/liliActively contribute to a team culture that promotes caring, energy, enthusiasm, and pride/li/ulh2Required Qualifications:/h2ulliActive Pharmacy Intern License in the state in which you are employed/liliNot on the DEA Excluded Parties List/liliNo pending felony charges or convictions for criminal offenses involving controlled substances/li/ulh2Education:/h2pCurrent enrollment in a School of Pharmacy/ph2Pay Range:/h2pThe typical pay range for this role is:/pp$16.00 $22.00/ppThis pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including year in pharmacy school, geography and other relevant factors.
