Primary Care Nurse Practitioner - PRN, Outpatient Clinic

Valor Healthcare, Inc. seeks a passionate Primary Care Nurse Practitioner to join our Community Based Outpatient Clinic (CBOC) in Franklin and Bogalusa. This PRN position provides care on an as-needed basis, averaging about two days per month, in a collaborative VA-friendly environment. You will diagnose and treat, order tests, counsel on medications, and ensure compliant documentation with the PACT team.
