We are currently seeking a motivated and licensed Health Insurance Advisor to join our professional team in Westlake Village, California.

Position Summary

The Licensed Health Insurance Advisor will assist clients in evaluating and selecting healthcare and employee benefits solutions tailored to their needs. This role requires strong communication skills, sales professionalism, and the ability to build trust with clients while delivering exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities

• Educate clients on available health insurance and employee benefit options
• Assist individuals and employer groups with plan selection and enrollment
• Conduct policy reviews and benefits consultations
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, carriers, and internal teams
• Stay informed on industry regulations, healthcare reforms, and carrier updates
• Generate and follow up on leads and client inquiries
• Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with state and federal regulations
• Deliver a high level of customer service throughout the client experience

Qualifications

• Active California Health & Life Insurance License required
• 1–3+ years of insurance, healthcare, sales, or customer service experience preferred
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Self-motivated with strong organizational abilities
• Ability to explain complex insurance concepts clearly and professionally
• Experience with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite preferred
• Professional appearance and client-focused attitude
