Director of ICFR & SOX Controls

FedEx Freight, Inc. seeks a Director to design and operationalize the ICFR framework in line with SOX 404, partnering with Finance, IT, Operations and external auditors to support first-year certification and ongoing governance. The role will manage scoping, risk assessments, control design and testing, and will provide dashboards for the Audit Committee while ensuring scalable, technology-enabled processes across multi-entity operations.
