Blue Jay Dental is recruiting a dental hygienist for an established practice serving the Saint Paul area. You will work with dentists and colleagues who value prevention, clear communication, and a welcoming patient experience.

COMPENSATION

Starting pay is $60 per hour. Incentive programs offer the opportunity to earn up to $88 per hour; that higher amount includes incentives and is not a guaranteed base wage. A sign-on bonus is available, with the amount and terms discussed during the hiring process.

SCHEDULE

Full-time scheduling is available. Specific days and hours will be discussed during the interview. This is an in-person patient-care position in the Saint Paul area.

WHAT YOUR WORK WILL INCLUDE

• Deliver preventive hygiene services and periodontal care.

• Help patients understand home-care routines and ways to maintain oral health.

• Coordinate with dentists and other team members to support each patient’s treatment.

• Document care accurately and help patients feel comfortable throughout their visit.
