Duties and Responsibilities

• Engage directly with potential clients, establishing rapport and evaluating their marketing needs.
• Analyze market trends and client data to provide tailored solutions that align with client objectives.
• Deliver dynamic sales presentations and proposals to elucidate the benefits of our services.
• Navigate through the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals.
• Assist in the development and optimization of sales strategies and processes.
• Regularly update and manage client information in our CRM system.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to enhance campaign strategies and execution.
• Participate in training and workshops to refine sales techniques and enhance product knowledge.
• Provide outstanding customer service, ensuring client satisfaction and loyalty.
• Maintain a thorough understanding of our offerings to effectively communicate potential solutions to clients.

Requirements

• Proven track record in B2B sales, specifically within the marketing or similar industry.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, capable of effectively negotiating and persuading clients.
• Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools; HubSpot certification is a significant advantage.
• Demonstrable ability to self-manage and prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Detail-oriented with proficient analytical skills to assess client needs and formulate impactful solutions.
• Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a relevant field.
• Able and willing to work full-time from our Chandler office, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
• Passion for continuous learning and professional growth within the sales domain.
• Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship.
