Keep Things Moving : Coordinate registrations, schedule lessons, and manage records with ease.
Stay Connected : Handle phone calls, emails, and messages promptly and professionally.
Support the Fun : Process payments and ensure our facility sparkles for all to enjoy.
Be a Team Player : Collaborate on exciting events and programs, and lend a hand wherever needed.
Grow with Us : Take on new challenges and support our team under the guidance of our club manager.
What We’re Looking For:
A high school diploma or equivalent.
Excellent verbal and written communication in English.
Fluent to speak in Mandarin Chinese.
Top-notch organizational skills with an eye for detail that makes everything run smoothly.
Proficient with MS Office and Google apps.
A positive, can-do attitude and a passion for creating great experiences.
Work Schedule:
Part time - Available during weekday evenings and/or weekends
