Hourly Wage: $15-$17/hr based on experience | Part Time: 15-40 hrs/wk | Shift Examples: 9:30am-4pm; 12pm-7pm/9pm; 4pm-Close We also offer $1 more per hour on weekends and holidays, up to $10,000 tuition reimbursement, up to $1,000 in referral bonuses for each hired friend you refer, flexible scheduling, free meals when you are on the clock, plus many other great team member perks!

The Bavarian Inn Restaurant of Frankenmuth is expanding our awesome hospitality team! We are looking for energetic, guest-focused, cheerful, and motivated individuals who are ready to work in a fun and fast paced environment. Bavarian Inn Restaurant serves over half a MILLION family style (all you care to eat) chicken dinners a year-- creating enjoyable experiences for all our guests both near and far. You are our guests first impression! Our hosts & hostesses are responsible for exceeding our Guest's expectation with hospitable, friendly service by offering the best value and exceptional experience for each Guest. We serve up to 4,000 guests each Saturday, and our host team plays a key role in creating enjoyable, memorable, and fun experiences to keep them coming back for more by ensuring the ideal dining environment is maintained. Responsible for directing and supervising the operation of the dining room and the dining room team members. Responsibilities may include greeting guests, seating guests, charting reservations, bussing tables, etc. Each of our eleven dining rooms varies in size but may accommodate up to 400 guests at one time. Previous experience is always welcome, but not required as we will give you all the training you will need.

Basic Requirements:
- 18 years of age or older
- Ability to lift weights up to 50lbs + stand/walk for shift of 8+ hours
- Must be available Saturdays, Sundays, & Holidays
- Friendly demeanor and positive attitude required
