Staffing Coordinator

Job Title: Staffing Coordinator Work Location: Cumming, GA Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00A-5:00PM Position Summary Lingo Staffing is seeking a highly organized, professional, and detail-oriented Bilingual Staffing Coordinator to support the daily operations of our staffing branch in Cumming, GA . The Staffing Coordinator is often the first point of contact for applicants, employees, clients, and visitors and plays an important role in providing excellent customer service while supporting both the recruiting and sales teams. The ideal candidate must be fluent in both English and Spanish , comfortable communicating with individuals in both languages, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced office environment. Essential Responsibilities Answer and manage inbound calls using a multi-line phone system. Assist applicants, employees, clients, and customers with questions and direct them to the appropriate team member. Communicate professionally with candidates and employees in both English and Spanish . Greet and assist visitors entering the branch in a professional and welcoming manner. Process electronic applications, new-hire paperwork, and employment documents. Complete data entry and scan documents into internal systems and databases. Maintain accurate and organized employee and candidate records. Provide administrative and clerical support to the recruiting and sales teams. Assist recruiters with sourcing candidates through online recruitment platforms. Conduct preliminary telephone interviews to determine candidate qualifications and eligibility. Schedule candidate interviews and assist with coordinating the recruiting process. Manage the branch's texting platform and respond to candidate and employee messages promptly and professionally. Assist with managing branch social media accounts and recruitment-related communications. Complete and process garnishment, VEC, Social Services, and other required employment-related documents. Assist with employee onboarding and follow-up communication as needed. Distribute incoming and outgoing mail. Assist with light office cleaning and maintaining an organized, professional office environment. Protect confidential employee, candidate, and company information. Perform other administrative and staffing-related duties as assigned. Qualifications Fluent in English and Spanish - required. Previous office, administrative, customer service, recruiting, or staffing experience preferred. Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and Spanish. Excellent organizational and time-management abilities. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities in a fast-paced environment. Professional, friendly, and approachable demeanor. Comfortable using computers, email, online recruiting platforms, texting software, and social media. Ability to learn and navigate multiple computer systems and databases. Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion. Strong attendance, reliability, and punctuality are essential. Work Environment The Staffing Coordinator works in a professional, fast-paced staffing office in Cumming, GA and interacts with a diverse group of applicants, employees, clients, and visitors. The position requires frequent communication by phone, email, text, and in person in both English and Spanish.
