Registered Nurse - ICU

Job Summary:
Provide advanced nursing care to critically ill patients in a fast-paced ICU setting. Utilize specialized skills to monitor, assess, and intervene in high-risk medical conditions to promote optimal patient outcomes.

Responsibilities:

• Administer and coordinate comprehensive patient care utilizing advanced assessments and interventions.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Monitor patients continuously, including vital signs and life support systems, to detect and respond to changes promptly.
• Document patient responses, interventions, and progress accurately in medical records.
• Educate patients and families regarding diagnoses, treatments, and ongoing care needs.

Qualifications:

• Hold an unencumbered Oregon RN license.
• Maintain current Healthcare Provider Level BLS certification.
• Obtain AHA ACLS and TNCC certifications.
• PALS certification preferred.
• Demonstrate experience in critical care nursing and advanced clinical skills.
