IT Business Relationship Manager - Automation

Responsibilities
- Gather and document business requirements, functional specifications, and process workflows
- Serve as liaison between business stakeholders and IT teams for solution design and delivery
- Identify automation opportunities and design scalable process improvement solutions
- Support user acceptance testing, validation, and implementation activities
- Lead cross-functional initiatives from concept through deployment and operational stabilization
