Role Scope

Engineer the structures: modular units, equipment supports, and buildings designed for fast fabrication and faster erection.

Own the structural calcs and drawings: steel designed to AISC, stamp-ready, and detailed for the factory.

Design for shipping and lifting: modules that survive the road and the crane, engineered rather than assumed.

Standardize the structural reference design so every site starts from proven steel.

What We're Looking For

The below is a starting point. We always make space for exceptional people, so if you don't fit this role exactly, tell us where you would.

You've designed structural steel for industrial or modular construction.

Your connections and members calc out and build clean.

You've engineered lifting, transport, and erection conditions.

You work with fabricators and respect what the shop can hold.

You've sealed or supported sealed packages through permitting.

Bonus: PE or SE license. Tekla interface. Seismic design depth. Modular and skid structures.
