Family Medicine Physician Opportunity
Fairview is seeking a Family Medicine physician to join our primary care practice at M Health Fairview Clinics Elk River located in Elk River, Minnesota. This clinic is a conveniently located community clinic on Main Street in downtown Elk River that offers comprehensive care for your entire family, through all stages of life.
Practice Details:
- Part of a 15 provider primary care practice which includes 10 Physicians and 5 Advanced Practice Providers.
- Patient encounters average 15-18 patients per day.
- Opening: 1.0 FTE - 34 patient contact hours per week for full time - flexible schedule.
- Call Frequency: 3 weeks per year.
- As part of Fairview's Accountable Care Organization (ACO), providers practice in a collaborative, team-based model focused on quality outcomes, care coordination, and population health management.
- Employer-paid Nabla AI clinical documentation support to reduce administrative burden and streamline charting.
- Fully integrated EPIC electronic medical record

Qualifications:
- Graduate of an accredited ACGME/AOA Family Medicine residency program
- Board Certified or Board Eligible (ABMS or AOA)
- Licensed or ability to obtain licensure through the Minnesota Board of Medical Practice
- Ability to obtain and maintain DEA certification
- Meet credentialing and privileging requirements

The actual rate of pay offered within this range may depend on several factors, such as FTE, skills, knowledge, relevant education, experience, and market conditions. Additionally, our organization values pay equity and considers the internal equity of our team when making any offer. Positions with the same min/max are flat rate jobs based on 40 hours/week. Compensation plans based on production can allow for higher pay than the range posted.
