Job Description As a Security Officer Patrol Rover in Cleveland, OH , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Financial Institutions, and more. Join Allied Universal as an unarmed patrol officer at a financial institution location, where you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, stay visible to help deter security-related incidents, and deliver outstanding customer service and communication. Position Type: Full Time Pay Rate: $17.00 / Hour Job Schedule: DayTimeMon11:00 PM - 07:00 AMTue11:00 PM - 07:00 AMWed11:00 PM - 07:00 AMThur11:00 PM - 07:00 AMSun11:00 PM - 07:00 AM What You'll Do: Provide customer service to clients, staff, and visitors by following site‑specific procedures and supporting security‑related activities at a financial institution location. Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, escalating concerns and/or contacting appropriate personnel when needed. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility, entrance areas, parking areas, and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential issues. Monitor access points and observe daily operations to document security‑related concerns, assist with visitor processing, and support emergency response activities when appropriate. Minimum Requirements: CPR certification is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
