Kleen Test Products (KTP) is hiring Picker/Packers at our Beach City facility—just a short 7-minute drive from downtown Beach City and Wilmot! If you're looking for a stable, hands-on job in a team-oriented environment, this is a great opportunity to get started.

• 1st Shift: 7:00am - 3:00pm Monday–Friday
• 2nd Shift: 3:00pm - 11:00pm Monday–Friday

As a Picker/Packer , you’ll help ensure products are packaged accurately, safely, and efficiently:

• Pick product (pads) and perform packing functions
• Pack, stack, and palletize finished goods
• Assist with supplying packaging materials to production lines
• Maintain a clean and sanitized work area following established guidelines
• Keep the production line organized, safe, and efficient
• Assist with waste removal throughout the production process
• Follow all safety and quality procedures
• Accurately complete required paperwork in a timely manner

Requirements

• Ability to follow safety procedures and work instructions
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, repetitive production environment
• Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
• Ability to maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area

• Positive attitude and willingness to help where needed

• Ability to stay organized while handling multiple tasks
