Neffsville Plumbing & Heating is looking for a Customer Service Representative who can do exactly that.

We're looking for someone who is confident, professional, dependable, organized, and comfortable handling a busy phone environment.

If you have experience in call centers, appointment scheduling, customer service, dispatch, home services, healthcare, hospitality, or other high-volume customer-facing environments , we'd like to hear from you.

Our Customer Service Representatives play an important role in keeping our operation moving.

You connect homeowners with the technicians who can solve their plumbing and HVAC needs.

Every call is an opportunity to provide great service, build customer trust, and help someone get the service they need.

???? WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Handle a high volume of inbound customer calls
• Schedule residential plumbing and HVAC service appointments
• Make outbound calls to schedule and follow up with customers
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction
• Listen carefully to customers and determine their service needs
• Maintain accurate and timely customer records
• Communicate with dispatch and management to support daily operations
• Provide a professional, friendly, and positive customer experience
• Help keep the schedule running efficiently and effectively

???? WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

⭐ STRONG CALL CENTER EXPERIENCE IS A MUST!

• 1-2+ years of call center or high-volume customer service experience
• Experience with appointment setting, scheduling, dispatch, or inbound/outbound calling is a PLUS
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Comfortable handling multiple calls and priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Strong listening and problem-solving skills
• Professional, positive, and customer-focused demeanor
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Self-motivated and dependable
• Team-oriented with a willingness to help others
• High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree or higher a plus

⏰ SCHEDULE

FULL-TIME | IN-OFFICE | LANCASTER, PA

Day-shift weekends required on a rotating basis

Rotating evening shifts required — evenings only, NOT overnight

You must be comfortable working a flexible schedule based on business and customer needs.
