With a longstanding reputation for excellence, exceptional financial stability, and a people-first culture, the company invests heavily in employee growth, leadership development, and long-term career advancement.Job DescriptionLead the successful delivery of ground-up commercial construction projects from preconstruction through project closeout.Manage project budgets, forecasts, cost controls, procurement strategies, schedules, and risk management efforts.Direct and mentor Project Managers, Assistant Project Managers, and Project Engineers.Establish and maintain strong client relationships with owners, architects, engineers, and key stakeholders.Oversee subcontractor procurement, contract negotiations, performance management, and execution.Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and at the highest quality standards.Lead project buyout activities and coordinate all planning and execution efforts throughout the construction lifecycle.Provide regular financial and operational reporting to senior leadership.Support the development of future construction professionals through coaching and mentorship.Partner with executive leadership on strategic project initiatives and regional growth opportunities.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
