Position: Associate Dentist We are currently looking for an Associate Dentist to become part of our expanding team. Support our mission of delivering outstanding dental care within the community and assist us in creating more smiles and unforgettable experiences for both children and adults. Responsibilities As an Associate Dentist, you will provide dental services to patients with the assistance of your team. Our practice is equipped with: DentaPro software Digital x-ray and Panorex systems Fiber-optic handpieces Annual OSHA, HIPAA, and Emergency Management training A support ratio of 1 hygienist, 1 hygiene assistant, and 2 dental assistants per provider A patient demographic primarily consisting of ages 3-21, with up to 30% adults (varies by location) An office flow averaging 10-12 operative patients and 20-25 hygiene patients A mix of state insurance plans, PPO, and out-of-network payors ***This role offers opportunities for growth and development through mentoring and collaboration.*** What We Offer Guaranteed base compensation of $800 per day with unlimited earning potential Sign-on bonus of up to $30,000 (dependent on experience and start date) Student loan repayment assistance of $1,000 per month No lab fees Full-time providers can access Medical/Dental/Vision insurance plans, HSA/FSA Short-term and long-term disability, along with basic life insurance, covered by the organization 401(k) Retirement Plan Company-paid malpractice insurance coverage Paid holidays and time off Continuing Education reimbursements CE opportunities through an ADA Accredited Continuing Education Recognition Program (C.E.R.P) Reimbursements for relevant licenses, certifications, and professional memberships such as ADA and/or AAPD Flexible scheduling options to promote a healthy work/life balance VISA and Green Card sponsorship available Qualifications We expect you to possess: A DDS/DMD degree from a dental education program accredited by the Commission on Dental Accreditation A current, valid license to practice dentistry in the states where you will provide care, or eligibility for licensure Additional certifications as required, such as CPR and DEA Nitrous Oxide certification (only applicable in LA, MS, DC, TX, MA) A compassionate nature and a strong commitment to providing dental care to both children and adults We prioritize teamwork, mutual respect, and collaboration.
