CSR/Teller – Brooklyn, OH – Full‑Time Provide excellent customer service, refer customers to appropriate business partners, and manage risks while upholding Fifth Third Bank’s policies and procedures. Responsibilities Customer Experience Deepen relationships and treat customers with genuine care by listening to their specific needs and guiding them to appropriate solutions. Provide follow‑up to customer questions and find solutions to address issues. Respond promptly and keep lines of communication open and clear. Maintain customer business confidentiality and follow the Bancorp Code of Business Conduct and Ethics. Operations Perform daily office tasks and maintain efficient operation of the office. Maintain balancing records in line with policy and correct outages promptly. Keep knowledge of bank policies and financial center procedures up to date. Handle consumer and business customer problems professionally, directing more complex issues to leadership as necessary. Demonstrate sound judgment in decision making and adhere to established guidelines. Referrals Identify customer needs during interactions and refer customers to personal bankers and other business partners for a consultative conversation. Build and maintain a working knowledge of retail products and services offered. Use appropriate tools for all referrals sent to personal bankers and business partners for tracking purposes. Minimum Qualifications High school diploma or GED. Experience with extensive cash handling. Public interaction experience and comfort with wearing the required dress code. Knowledge of retail policies and procedures. Ability to take initiative and demonstrate sound judgment in decision making and problem resolution.
