Just Do It Pro’s is looking for enthusiastic Entry-Level Door-to-Door Appointment Setters to join our growing field sales team.

This is a true door-to-door (D2D) sales position . You'll spend your workday in assigned residential neighborhoods, speaking directly with homeowners, introducing our energy solutions, identifying interested prospects, and scheduling appointments for our sales team.

No extensive sales background is required. If you're confident talking with people, willing to learn, and motivated to develop valuable sales skills, we'd love to hear from you.

What You'll Do

As a D2D Appointment Setter , you'll be responsible for creating new sales opportunities through direct, face-to-face conversations with homeowners.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Knock on doors and speak directly with homeowners in assigned neighborhoods.

• Introduce Just Do It Pro’s energy solutions in a friendly and professional manner.

• Start conversations and build rapport with homeowners.

• Ask questions to understand customer needs and determine potential interest.

• Explain the basic value of the company's solutions.

• Identify and qualify interested homeowners.

• Schedule and confirm appointments for sales representatives or closers.

• Accurately record customer information and appointment details.

• Follow established D2D sales and appointment-setting processes.

• Work toward daily and weekly activity and appointment goals.

• Represent Just Do It Pro’s professionally in the community.

• Communicate appointment information to the appropriate sales team member.

This role is focused on setting appointments through direct, in-person, door-to-door outreach.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older .

• Must be authorized to work in the United States.

• Valid driver's license required.

• Reliable personal transportation required.

• Mobile device with cellular data required.

• Ability to walk residential neighborhoods for extended periods.

• Comfortable working outdoors and speaking with homeowners face-to-face.

• Ability to travel within an assigned territory.

Earning Potential

$70,000–$200,000 annual earning potential

This is a performance-based opportunity , with earnings tied to qualified appointments and individual results.

Work Environment

This is a full-time, field-based Door-to-Door (D2D) position.

You will spend the majority of your workday walking assigned residential neighborhoods, knocking on doors, and speaking directly with homeowners .

Candidates should be comfortable working outdoors, being active throughout the day, and having frequent face-to-face conversations with people they don't know.
