Leasing Consultant (Entry-Level Friendly)
Shoreline, WA (Fully Onsite) $23/hour + Commission on lease & renewals TuesdaySaturday | 8:00 AM 5:00 PM Full-Time | Temp To Hire
We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Leasing Consultant to join a growing property management team in Shoreline, WA. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to break into the property management industry and build a long-term career.
This role is open to entry-level candidates who bring strong customer service skills, a positive attitude, and a desire to learn.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome prospective residents and conduct property tours
- Respond to leasing inquiries via phone, email, and in person
- Assist applicants with rental applications and required documentation
- Prepare lease agreements and maintain accurate records
- Support marketing efforts and online listings
- Coordinate move-ins, move-outs, and resident communication
- Address resident questions and provide excellent customer service
- Collaborate with the team to meet occupancy and leasing goals
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Customer service, retail, hospitality, or administrative experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Organized with attention to detail
- Comfortable working onsite in a team-oriented environment
- Interest in property management, real estate, or leasing
Pay Details: $23.00 per hour
