Senior Service Representative / Medical Courier
Labcorp
Labcorp seeks a Courier II in Troy, Michigan to pick up, transport, and deliver medical specimens and lab supplies across assigned routes. The role includes floater coverage, training new couriers, and safe specimen handling while operating company vehicles.
Responsibilities
- Execute daily pickup schedule across assigned routes in timely manner
- Transport medical specimens and lab supplies safely and efficiently
- Provide on-route training and mentoring to new couriers
- Operate company vehicle while following all traffic laws and regulations
- Coordinate with dispatcher for additional pickups and route adjustments
Requirements
- 3+ years of driver or courier experience
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and meet physical demands
- At least 21 years old
- Strong time management and attention to detail
- High school diploma or GED (preferred)
