Join North Point Prep as a Kitchen Manager Cook in Alpharetta, GA. This is an exciting opportunity in creating nutritious and delicious meals for our children, ensuring a positive dining experience. Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily kitchen operations and manage food preparation.
- Develop and implement menus that meet nutritional standards.
- Supervise and train kitchen staff to ensure high-quality food service.
- Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in the kitchen.
- Manage inventory and order supplies as needed.
- Ensure compliance with health regulations and food safety guidelines.
- Collaborate with staff to accommodate dietary restrictions.
- Monitor food costs and assist in budget management.
- Proven experience as a Kitchen Manager or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Passion for cooking and child nutrition.
- Experience in menu planning and cost control.
