The Melrose Georgetown Hotel in Washington, DC is seeking a Front Desk Agent. You will greet guests, check them in and out promptly, assist with pre-registration and block reservations when necessary, and handle charges accurately. You should have working knowledge of the Front Office system, manage cash, review reservations with special requests, know hotel rates and cancellation procedures, and be able to take same-day reservations.
