JOB SUMMARY:

Assumes responsibility for auditing of patient records including OASIS assessments for accuracy and consistency prior to transmission. Assists with other audits such as quarterly record reviews and pre-bill audits. Assist the OASIS Coordinator with education of staff regarding OASIS, coding and documentation. Codes diagnoses for OASIS and Plan of Care.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Valid license as a Registered Nurse in State of TN Required Bachelor's Degree - Preferred 2 Years Minimum Related Experience: Home Health Care Preferred Knowledge of federal and state Home Health Regulations Preferred Knowledge of Prospective Payment System (PPS) for Home Health, OASIS and ICD-9 coding Preferred Detail oriented and able to organize and set priorities Preferred
