Glass & Materials Production Specialist

Your missionHelp us deliver defect-free glass products by owning process reliability, quality, and teamwork on the production floor. You will be the go-to problem solver who strengthens our operation through precision, documentation, and mentoring.Outcomes you'll driveMonitor manufacturing processes and lead defect investigations to eliminate root causes.Optimize procedures and settings to boost efficiency and product quality.Train new hire production associates in core manufacturing steps and standards.Demonstrate dependable attendance—arrive on time for every scheduled shift and complete each one.Provide overtime support when production needs rise.Collaborate in a strong team environment to meet safety, quality, and delivery targets.Work directly with internal partners and external customers on quality concerns until resolved.Maintain accurate production and quality records as required.Achieve and maintain operator certifications for all jobs you perform.Take on other reasonable tasks at the direction of the Supervisor or Team Lead.Drive continuous improvement by participating in and embracing CI actions.Remain flexible and able to work afternoon or night shift.Operate powered industrial equipment—safely and productively—whenever needed.How we workYou’ll be part of a high-standards operation where safety, quality, and teamwork come first—and where your ideas to improve processes are encouraged and acted on.Shift optionsMonday - Friday (8 hours)6:00 AM - 2:00 PM2:00 PM - 10:00 PM10:00 PM - 6:00 AMAlternate Work Schedule (12 hours)6:00 AM - 6:00 PM6:00 PM - 6:00 AMCapabilities we valueEquipment troubleshootingGlass fabricationMaterial handler experienceLoading and unloading vehiclesHeavy material handlingForklift licensedMechanical assembly skillsExperience in a manufacturing environment #J-18808-Ljbffr Torrey Holistics
