Job Description

A nationally recognized labor and employment law firm is offering a highly coveted, flexible-hybrid Employment Litigation Attorney role. This role is great for attorneys who want to take on high-profile cases without the demands of a high-profile law firm. Salary Range: $170,000 – $200,000+ / year DOE

Employment Litigation Associate Attorney Responsibilities:

Handle California wage-hour class action claims and PAGA cases
Draft and respond to discovery and initial pleadings
Draft and argue motions
Take and defend depositions
Work closely with partners on complex employment litigation matters

Employment Litigation Associate Attorney Requirements:

3-5 years of employment litigation experience
Experience handling California wage-hour class action claims and PAGA cases
Strong academic credentials and analytical skills
Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
