ESSENTIALDUTIESAND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Understand and follow safe work practices. Assist in loading trucks with finished goods or designated items and provide a bill of lading detailing what has been loaded. Keep the loading area, both inside the shop/yard and outside the shop/yard, clean and free of debris. Perform other related duties as directed by the Manager, including but not limited to: housekeeping and assisting other employees in the performance of their jobs. Work in a team environment and conduct yourself in a professional manner when working with other employees and/or contractors. Strong sense of time organization and urgency Able to work independently and within a team Verify incoming and/or outgoing material for accuracy and quality against paperwork Packaging Parts for Shipment Inspect products to be received or shipped for damage and report any issues to a supervisor Use pallet jacks, hand trucks, and other equipment as needed to move heavy or bulky items Count and document the number of units loaded and unloaded Keep the unloading & loading area clean and organized and free of debris Follow all safety procedures and wear personal protective equipment as required Perform other duties as required that may fall outside the normal scope of work Requirements Detail-oriented and capable of noticing small errors on orders or defective aspects of products Strong communication skills, essential for working with other employees Demonstrates knowledge of basic computer skills Must manage time effectively Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and other inventory management software is preferred PHYSICAL DEMANDS: Mustbemetbyanemployeetosuccessfullyperformtheessentialfunctionsofthisjob.Reasonable accommodationmaybemadetoenableindividualswithdisabilitiestoperformtheessentialfunctionsonacase-by-casebasisin conjunction with the official Company doctor and clinic. WORK ENVIRONMENT:

Industrial warehouse and manufacturing environment with heavy machinery, and overhead cranes. Use of PPE such as gloves, eye protection, hearing protection, and steel-toed footwear is required. Interaction with team members, leads, and supervisors is frequent and necessary.
