Responsibilities Lead and supervise a team of electrical technicians and subcontractors on industrial construction projects. Plan and coordinate all electrical activities, ensuring adherence to project specifications, codes, and safety standards. Oversee the installation, testing, and maintenance of electrical systems, equipment, and components. Collaborate with project managers to develop and implement project schedules and budgets. Conduct regular inspections to ensure quality control and compliance with design specifications. Troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues, providing technical expertise and guidance to the team. Maintain accurate project documentation, including progress reports, daily logs, and change orders. Hourly Rate $38.00 to $41.00 Hourly overtime opportunites available (based on experience) Safety First Culture. Long term work, long term career. Highly competitve pay. Minimum of 1-2 years of experience as an Electrical Foreman in an industrial construction setting. Thorough understanding of electrical systems, wiring methods, and safety protocols. Expertise in reading and interpreting electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical drawings. Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively manage and motivate a team. Proficiency in using electrical tools and equipment, including meters, testing devices, and power tools. Knowledge of electrical codes and regulations, with a commitment to ensuring compliance. Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues. Valid driver\'s license and the ability to travel to project sites as needed.
