Housekeeping Manager

HOUSEKEEPING MANAGER Location: Fairfield Inn & Suites Lebanon 410 Gateway Avenue, Lebanon, IN 46052 Pay: $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience Position Summary We are seeking an experienced and dependable Housekeeping Manager to oversee the daily housekeeping operations and ensure the hotel maintains high standards of cleanliness, guest satisfaction, and service. Key Responsibilities Supervise and manage the housekeeping team and daily operations. Assign rooms and housekeeping duties to staff. Inspect guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house areas for cleanliness. Train, coach, and evaluate housekeeping employees. Maintain appropriate housekeeping supplies and inventory. Monitor productivity, attendance, and scheduling. Ensure compliance with hotel cleanliness, safety, and sanitation standards. Address guest concerns related to housekeeping promptly and professionally. Coordinate with Front Desk and Maintenance departments regarding room status and repairs. Assist with hiring and onboarding housekeeping staff. Maintain accurate housekeeping records and reports. Qualifications Previous housekeeping supervisory or management experience preferred. Hotel experience strongly preferred. Strong leadership and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays when required.
