In this role, your duties will consist of:
- Consistent Follow-Up: Keep your pipeline active and move every conversation forward with care.
- Buyer and Seller Conversations: Talk with people ready to make a move and map out the right strategy for each one.
- Agreements and Contracts: Get agreements signed and contracts written, then hand off to our team for everything after.
- Exceptional Client Experience: Deliver the service that is the number one value on our team.
- Business Growth: Use the lead generation skills we teach you to build your own client base alongside ours.
Qualifications:
- Active Real Estate License: Required.
- Some Experience: Ideally three to five years in the business with some deals closed.
- Strong Communication: Confident in conversation, negotiation, and follow-up.
- Organized and Motivated: Ready to make the most of the leads, coaching, and support we provide.
