Job Description

We are seeking a qualified Rehabilitation Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality care for patients recovering from various conditions, including strokes, brain injuries, spinal cord injuries, and orthopedic injuries. The therapist will work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes and a smooth transition back to their homes.

Responsibilities

• Conduct evaluations, develop treatment plans, and implement therapeutic interventions.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
• Provide education and support to patients and their families.
• Work closely with medical staff to coordinate patient care and discharge planning.
• Document patient care activities and outcomes thoroughly and accurately.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

Current licensure as a Rehabilitation Therapist in Virginia. Previous experience in a rehabilitation setting is preferred.
