• Engage with prospective and existing customers to uncover opportunities for insurance solutions.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and proactively follow up to meet customer needs.
• Provide vital administrative support to the team, assisting with various projects and tasks.

Who You Are:

• Experienced in receptionist or customer service roles, with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
• An excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills who enjoys connecting with people.
• Highly organized and adept at multitasking to keep the office running efficiently.
• Comfortable initiating and participating in sales-related conversations.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with CRM systems or willing to learn.
