The pay range is $115,000.00 - $206,000.00

A role with Roundel is an opportunity to represent the company in the sales of digital media, advertising and custom marketing campaign solutions to the national media and advertising agency market. Product Teams at Target are accountable for the delivery of business outcomes enabled through technology and analytic products that are easy to use, easily maintained and highly reliable. Product teams have one shared backlog that is inclusive of all product, technology, discovery and design work.

The Data Enablement (Cyclone) Product team on Roundel is a core data capability team focused on curating and optimizing the data that powers Roundel and Enterprise Marketing. The team provides real-time data resources for ad tech, social media, and data clean room platforms, with additional focus on data-as-a-service, data quality, and identity mapping. As a Senior Product Manager, you will shape and advance the team's data egress capabilities, translating partner, stakeholder, and platform needs into scalable, privacy-safe product solutions. You will set product strategy and roadmap priorities in a complex, evolving data and technology landscape. Success in this role will depend on your ability to lead across a broad network of internal and external stakeholders, connect business needs to technical solutions, and use data to guide decisions and measure outcomes.

As a Senior Product Manager, you will work in the product model and will partner to develop a comprehensive product strategy, related roadmap, and set key business objectives (OKRs) for your respective product. You will need to leverage the knowledge of your product, as well as customer feedback and establish other relevant data points to assess value, develop business cases, and prioritize the direction and desired outcomes for your product. You will lead a product and work in unison with engineers, UX designers, data scientists and business partners to deliver a product.

You will be the "voice of the product" to key stakeholders to ensure that their needs are met, and that the product team is getting the direction and support that it needs to be successful. You will develop and actively understand the market, maintain a product roadmap and backlog outlining the customer themes, epics, and stories while prioritizing the backlog to focus on the highest impact work for your team and stakeholders.

You will encourage the open exchange of information and viewpoints, as well as inspire others to achieve challenging goals and high standards of performance while committing to the organization's direction. You will foster a sense of urgency to achieve goals and leverage resources to overcome unexpected obstacles, and partner with product teams across the organization to help them achieve their goals while pursuing and completing yours.

About you:

• Four-year degreeor equivalent experience

• 6+ years of data product management expertise

• Experience with data integration practices across internal and external systems?

• Preferred experience with modern cloud data platforms and warehouses

• Working knowledge of SQL, Python, or similar analytical languages used to query, analyze, and interpret data is highly valued

• Familiarity with BI and data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau,Lookeror similar tools

• Demonstrated ability to self-organize and lead through ambiguity

• Curiosity and passion forproduct discovery &problem solving

• Experience with technology and ability tofacilitatecommunication between business and technology teams

• Ability to use product, operational, and business data to understand how the product is used, measure health and outcomes, and inform product decisions

• Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize features, initiatives, and product improvements based on market needs and revenue potential

• Experience working in an agile environment (e.g.,OKRs, outcomes,user stories, iterative development,scrum teams, sprints, personas)

• Proven ability to lead a body of work with cross-functional partners

• Strong communication skills

Primary clients for this position are located across several markets, including Chicago, New York City, Atlanta, Los Angeles, and Minneapolis. Preference for candidates to be based in one of these locations as the role requires frequent travel to support local clients. There will be no relocation offered for this position.

This position may be considered for a Remote or Hybrid (known internally at Target as "Flex for Your Day") work arrangement based on Target's needs.? A Remote work arrangement means the team member works?full-time from home or?an alternate?location that's not a Target location, does not have a desk at a Target location and may travel to HQ up to 4 times a year.? A Hybrid/Flex for Your Day work arrangement means the team member's core role may be performed either remote or onsite at a Target location depending upon what your role, team and tasks require for that day.
