Eaton’s ES AMER ARS division is currently seeking a Warehouse Technician to join our Fibrebond team in Minden, LA! The core hours average about 54 per week from 6 am – 4:30 pm, M‑F. Overtime may exceed these hours/days based on business need. The hourly range for this position is $16.50‑$17.71 per hour. Please note the salary information shown above is a general guideline only. What You’ll Do The Warehouse Technician is responsible for receiving, stocking, picking, and distributing materials, parts, and supplies to support warehouse and production operations. This role ensures accurate inventory handling, timely material delivery, and safe operation of material‑handling equipment while following Eaton’s safety, quality, and inventory control standards. In This Function You Will Read and interpret MF and MFP work orders and related documentation Stock, label, pick, and dispense materials according to bills of material Deliver materials to production, installation areas, shipping, or corporate offices as requested Operate forklifts and material‑handling equipment to load, unload, and transport materials Receive and unload incoming shipments Complete required inventory documentation and report shortages to the Warehouse Manager Maintain accurate material flow between warehouse, production, and shipping areas Assist with training of new warehouse personnel Perform basic housekeeping to maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment Perform other duties as assigned by the Warehouse Supervisor Qualifications Required (Basic) Qualifications High school diploma or GED equivalent from an accredited institution Forklift certification or ability to successfully complete in‑house forklift training No relocation benefit is offered for this position. Only candidates residing within the immediate area of the Minden, LA facility (50‑mile radius) will be considered for this position.
