Independent Living Specialist — Impactful Community Support

bellefairejcb is seeking an Independent Living Specialist to provide case management and community support to clients and their families. In this role, you will help transition clients in community settings and assist with daily living needs. You will be part of a team oriented towards promoting independence and helping to achieve client goals. The position requires a minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work and relevant experience.
