This position works closely with the General Manager to ensure all product quality requirements are met and maintained.Key ResponsibilitiesPlan and manage internal audits, ensuring effective follow-up on findings.Conduct management review meetings and ensure compliance with all quality and environmental standards.Manage the corrective action process and maintain documentation.Maintain and update all controlled documents for quality and environmental management systems.Track and analyze quality data to support continuous improvement.Create and update job instructions to ensure consistent quality.Partner with quality and operations teams to maintain effectiveness of quality systems.Perform floor audits to verify compliance with job instructions.Oversee gaging and calibration activities to meet quality standards.QualificationsProficient in MS Excel (formulas, sorting) and MS Word (drafting/editing).Expert-level knowledge of TS 16949, ISO 14001, and ISO 9001.Prior experience as a Quality Manager or Quality Engineer in a manufacturing environment.Experience in the automotive industry required.Strong mathematical, written, and verbal communication skills.About the CompanyA long-established, family-owned organization within the automotive manufacturing industry, specializing in powertrain products such as torque converters, transmissions (automatic, manual, hybrid), and transfer case assemblies.
