QuickBooks Support Specialist - REMOTE

*Responsibilities*

Assist QuickBooks customers with questions about QuickBooks Online Advanced, Payroll and Payments. In this role, you’ll provide guidance, troubleshoot issues, and help customers navigate the platform to find the right solutions. This is a remote independent contractor opportunity.

* Troubleshooting and resolving customer issues
* Guidance on relevant QuickBooks products (cross-selling when applicable)

*Earnings Potential*

* Earn up to $0.33/handle minute with a 45-minute minimum guarantee
* Contractors on this program typically earn *$14.85 - $19.80/hour* based on call volume and availability

*Skills Needed*

* *Proficiency in QuickBooks (2+ years experience required)*
* Demonstrated ability to deliver high-quality customer service over the phone.
* Comfortable cross-selling when relevant.
* Tech savvy and avid computer user.
* Communicate with a friendly tone and professional demeanor

*Schedule*

* Flexible schedule opportunities - *you choose your own hours!*
* Monday - Friday (8am-8pm)

*Work Environment Requirements*

* Quiet, uninterrupted space
* Organized desk area

*Technology Requirements*

* Personal computer (no tablet)
* Broadband internet connection, at least 10 Mbps download speed
* Wired internet connection (no wi-fi or mobile internet)
* Windows 11 operating system
* Valid antivirus software installed, running and up to date
* Wired USB headset with microphone
* Mac users: Mac acceptance is limited to Intel-based machines with Windows 11 installed via Apple’s Boot Camp utility.
* No VPN; computers may not connect to internet services through a private VPN during Working Solutions working time. Examples: NordVPN, McAfee VPN, etc.

*Important Information*

_For this program, you must live and work from the United States, except CA, NY, PA, WA. We are currently unable to work with contractors residing in California, New York, Pennsylvania, or Washington. Contractors must also successfully pass a criminal background check._

_*Contractual Relationship*__: The relationship between you and Working Solutions is a contractual relationship. You will remain an independent contractor for the duration of this program assignment. Working Solutions will not be responsible for withholding taxes on your earnings while contracted with Working Solutions. When you receive your contract, you will be asked to agree to have no claim against Working Solutions hereunder or otherwise for vacation pay, sick leave, retirement benefits, Social Security, worker’s compensation, health or disability benefits, overtime, unemployment insurance benefits or employee benefits of any kind. Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
