Role Description The Studio Manager role at ISI® Elite Training is a full‑time, on‑site position based in Denver, NC. The Studio Manager oversees daily studio operations, including scheduling sessions, maintaining a clean and safe training environment, and ensuring a consistently high‑quality member experience. This role leads and supports coaches and front‑desk team members, facilitating communication, training, and performance feedback. The Studio Manager drives membership growth through local outreach, sales activities, and community engagement, while monitoring key performance metrics and implementing action plans. Additional responsibilities include handling member inquiries, resolving concerns, managing basic administrative and facility tasks, and upholding ISI® Elite Training’s brand standards and core values. Qualifications Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage members, address inquiries, and resolve concerns professionally. Proven Team Leadership and basic Project Management abilities to guide staff, coordinate schedules, and manage studio initiatives. Demonstrated Sales experience, including membership sales, lead follow‑up, and community outreach. Experience in fitness, wellness, or a member‑based business is preferred; familiarity with studio or gym operations is a plus. Ability to work on‑site with a flexible schedule, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends as needed. Comfort using basic business software (e.g., CRM or member management systems, email, spreadsheets) to track performance and communication. High level of integrity, reliability, and commitment to creating an inclusive, motivating environment for team members and members.
