Clinical Research Associate II

Managing site management tasks for clinical studies, the full-time remote Clinical Research Associate II will ensure compliance with Good Clinical Practices (GCPs) and collaborate with project teams to achieve site management deliverables. Key responsibilities Assist with feasibility assessments, coordinate study material shipments, and maintain site documentation Conduct remote monitoring visits and support field CRAs with Investigator Site File maintenance and data queries Provide mentorship and training to In-house CRA I and II, and serve as a main point of contact for operational aspects of clinical trials Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in medical, biological, physical, health, pharmacy, or related science with at least two years of clinical research experience Alternatively, an associate degree with three years of clinical research experience or relevant education/training Experience as an In-house CRA is preferred, with a minimum of one year required for certain educational backgrounds Fluency in local languages of the countries under responsibility and proficiency in spoken and written English Basic knowledge of clinical research principles, FDA/EU regulations, and standard operating procedures
