Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual mental health counseling sessions on a secure video platform, ensuring a compassionate and ethical approach.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology is required.

• You must hold a valid, unrestricted license to practice independently in California, such as LMFT, LPCC, or LCSW.

• No provisional or limited license holders will be considered, and candidates should have no disciplinary actions against their licensure.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to forge strong connections with clients.

• Strong proficiency in technology, including familiarity with telehealth platforms and a commitment to ongoing professional development.

Preferred Experience\n

Experience in teletherapy is advantageous, particularly with low-acuity clients. Familiarity with solution-focused techniques and a background in diverse clinical settings will further enhance your ability to serve our client population effectively.
