Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients, including reviewing medical histories and performing detailed assessments to determine appropriate treatment plans.
• Communicate evaluation findings clearly to patients and their families, incorporating their input into the goal-setting process to enhance engagement and compliance.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment protocols based on evaluation outcomes, adapting techniques as necessary to meet the evolving needs of patients.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, consulting with doctors and other healthcare providers to provide holistic care and address any changing health concerns.
• Document patient progress accurately and in a timely manner, ensuring all records reflect current status and modifications in the care plan.
• Facilitate discharge planning and provide structured follow-up care, helping patients maintain progress and prevent regression after treatment.

Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits

In return for your expertise and dedication, Tashiro Therapeutic Care offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 100,000 to 120,000, commensurate with experience.
