Electrical Estimator Overland Park, KS Area | $80K–$100K + Benefits This is a strong opportunity for someone with commercial electrical estimating experience who enjoys reviewing drawings, building accurate estimates, pricing materials/labor, and helping win profitable projects. What You’ll Be Doing Prepare detailed electrical construction estimates Review drawings, specs, scopes, and bid documents Perform electrical takeoffs and pricing Estimate labor, materials, equipment, and specialty systems Request and compare vendor/subcontractor pricing Support budgeting, value engineering, and preconstruction pricing Build assumptions, clarifications, and risk notes Partner with project managers for clean project handoff What We’re Looking For 2+ years of electrical estimating experience Commercial construction or electrical contracting background Ability to read construction drawings and specifications Experience pricing labor, materials, and equipment Microsoft Office proficiency Trimble Accubid experience preferred Strong attention to detail and communication skills Why This Role Strong benefits package Stable commercial contractor Visible preconstruction role Long‑term career growth MOHR Talent is an equal‑opportunity employer and complies with all applicable federal, state, and local nondiscrimination laws.
