IT Contracts Manager

To enhance technology investments, the full-time IT Contracts and Vendor Relations Manager will manage vendor agreements, oversee compliance, and negotiate contracts while primarily working from home and occasionally visiting the office as needed. Key responsibilities Build and maintain strong relationships with IT vendors and internal business teams Negotiate vendor services and resolve performance issues in collaboration with stakeholders Develop and implement IT vendor management processes aligned with best practices Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in business, information systems administration, or a related field 8 years of experience managing vendor and supplier relationships, particularly in SaaS and PaaS environments Proven track record in negotiating and managing IT vendor contracts Experience in developing complex, multi-million dollar contracts Ability to lead negotiations and manage relationships with key suppliers effectively
