As a Maintenance Repairman 2, you will perform the following duties:Structural Repair: Repair structures and bridges using carpentry, welding, masonry, and concrete methodsEquipment Operation: Operate construction tools and machinery to complete maintenance tasksElectrical Work: Install and replace fixtures, wiring, and related system componentsPlumbing Maintenance: Maintain and repair plumbing fixtures, as well as install new piping when requiredHeating and Cooling System Checks: Perform routine inspections and adjustments to heating and cooling systemsCrew Leadership: Coordinate tasks and guide semi skilled workers during projectsInterested in learning more?
