You do need: A natural sense of urgency – you notice what needs to be done and you do it without being asked A warm‑guest-friendly presence and a genuine desire to make people feel welcome The ability to stay calm, focused, and moving during a packed dining room Strong teamwork instincts – you’re the kind of person servers love having on their side QUALIFICATIONS On paper, you bring: Prior restaurant or hospitality experience is a plus Ability to stay on your feet and move quickly for extended periods during service Comfort lifting and carrying bus tubs, trays, and place settings (up to 25–35 lbs) Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays ABOUT AVVIO MILLBURY AND NEWPORT RESTAURANT GROUP With a focus on fresh ingredients, Avvio’s menu features Italian classics, perfect for every occasion.
