This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about providing exceptional patient care. 4 day work week 401K PTO (Paid time off) Major holidays Health insurance (partial) Dental insurance (partial) $22-$32/ hour depending on experience Responsibilities Manage patient scheduling and appointments efficiently. Assist with patient check-in and check-out processes. Maintain organized patient records and documentation. Communicate effectively with patients regarding treatment plans and financial options. Coordinate with orthodontic staff to ensure seamless patient flow. Handle phone inquiries and provide excellent customer service. Process insurance claims and verify patient benefits. Support the office with administrative tasks as needed. Requirements Previous experience in a dental or orthodontic front office is preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proficient in dental software and Microsoft Office Suite. Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills. Positive attitude and a commitment to patient care.
