Must-Haves:

1-3+ years of customer service or call center experience
Exposure to banking, financial services, or other regulated environments
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to handle high-volume inbound calls
Experience multitasking and navigating multiple systems simultaneously
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to independently resolve customer issues and know when to escalate
Quick learner with the ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment
Reliable, self-motivated, and customer-focused
Plusses:

Direct banking or financial services call center experience
Teller, branch banking, or financial operations background
Experience working in metrics-driven environments (SLAs, KPIs, AHT, etc.)
Ability to manage escalated or complex customer interactions
Experience identifying customer needs and generating referrals or additional service opportunities

Day-to-Day:

Handle a high volume of inbound customer service calls
Research and resolve customer inquiries across multiple internal systems
Deliver a positive customer experience while maintaining professionalism
Take ownership of customer issues from initial contact through resolution
Exercise sound judgment to determine the best customer outcome
Accurately document customer interactions and resolutions
Meet established service-level agreements and performance metrics
Escalate complex issues when appropriate
Maintain compliance with banking and regulatory requirements
Navigate multiple applications and databases simultaneously
